When contacting support, include: organisation name and PSD2 licence ID; environment (Sandbox or Production); endpoint, HTTP method and timestamp; X-Request-ID used for the failing call; error response body without sensitive PSU data.
Service levels: PPC EMI aims to acknowledge support requests within the same business day. Resolution time depends on complexity and whether multiple TPPs are affected.
